When I started JG Enterprises in 2008, my goal was simple: bring health and wellness into the workplace. I wanted to reduce absenteeism, boost productivity, improve overall well-being, and strengthen corporate culture through fitness and nutrition programs.
Over time, I realized that my approach was missing something fundamental. I was focused almost entirely on the physical, without truly addressing the mental, emotional, and energetic dimensions of the human experience.
After completing my first 200-hour yoga teacher training in 2011, I began to understand that the mind is where everything begins. This launched me on a journey to explore why we think and act the way we do, why letting go of the past can feel impossible, and how the subconscious mind shapes our reality.
By 2018, ELM – the Evolutionary Life Mapping method – was born. ELM offers a structured way to examine your life and ask yourself the question:
“Why am I anything but happy?”
It’s a tool to help you identify patterns, uncover limiting beliefs, and design a path toward your highest self and the most joyful life you can imagine.
Life challenges often bring us to a point where we realize we could use guidance. Sometimes it’s our internal state — body, mind, emotions, or sense of purpose — influencing how we experience life. Other times, it’s external circumstances — finances, work, relationships, or social connections — shaping our reality.
Most people don’t know where to start when they decide, “enough is enough; it’s time for change.” ELM provides a clear, objective way to map your life, recognize patterns and limitations, and open pathways for intentional growth. By creating your Evolutionary Life Map, you gain insight into yourself, your behaviors, and your potential — and you can begin to design meaningful, lasting change.
If you’re ready to understand yourself on a deeper level, break old patterns, and discover a sense of purpose that drives your life forward, ELM gives you the tools to start that journey.
