The Law of Attraction is based on the idea that we can attract what we put our attention on. The law of attraction is a fundamental tenet of how the universe works, much like the principles of gravity and relativity. Ever since I was a child I had this deeply ingrained belief that I can achieve any goal I set for myself. I had no notion that the technique I was employing was a universal rule that I could deliberately invoke by concentrating on my thoughts and the images I was creating in my mind. Although I did not really know what I was I was doing at the time I now realize that the law of attraction is what leads to manifestation and our ability to attract what we desire into our lives.
Applying this law is much simpler and effective when we have mastered the skill of keeping our thoughts focused. Each of us is engaged in a continuous process of co-creation that manifests in our lives. Like attracts like, whether we’re aware of it or not, whether consciously or unconsciously.
Our minds frequently freeze us with uncertainty, worry, or fear when we spend time believing that we are victims of the situations we are in. Constantly thinking negatively, especially subconsciously, automatically attracts like unfavorable situations. Our unconscious thought patterns are to fault for our illnesses, catastrophes, and financial problems even if we are unable to recognize them.
Your mental habits affect how you perceive, assess, and engage with everything around you, including your relationships, environment, financial condition, and overall quality of life experience. It seems like what you think about affects every aspect of your life. Your thoughts and ideas are made of energy, just like everything else in the cosmos. Your mind generates mental images that finally materialize as a physical reality when we continuously hold thoughts as truths in our minds.
The first step is to learn to concentrate for a brief period of time on a single, distinct thought. It will be simpler and more effective to focus your thoughts once you master that ability. We may master the skill of consciously manifesting the reality we want when we start to practice mindfulness, recognize our thinking patterns, and learn the power of the law of attraction.
